HELP! My Websites are Bleeding Out!
It appears that something has changed with the W3C Validators as of Sat, Jan 14, 2012. All of my documents that were valid yesterday are now invalid. That means all of yours are too!
Let's hope this is a validation bug (that gets fixed ASAP) and not a change in how the W3C Validators interpret Schema Markup.
Schema Markup Validation Before - 0 Errors!
Schema Markup Validation After - 818 Errors‽
The W3C HTML Validator report below is for a document that was valid on Fri, Jan 13, 2012. This document has 100+ products listed with well-formed Schema markup.
Go ahead, talk smack now about my documents being invalid. You better do it quickly before this bug is fixed. This opportunity typically only comes once in a lifetime!
Hey @pageoneresults I noticed your sites don't validate. What's up with that? :)— Ryan Jones (@RyanJones) January 24, 2012
@Bootfit W3C validator microdata support got disabled recently due to other changes. I’ll be re-enabling it this week. Sorry for trouble.— Michael[tm] Smith (@sideshowbarker) January 30, 2012
